This is a great question, and one we enjoy answering. Yes, we currently only have two package options, but they are the only complete packages you will find on any site, and we are all about affordability; our mission is to bring in-home golf simulation to every home that wants one, so we picked the two most comprehensive and cost effective golf monitors and built a world-class package around them. We invite you to compare us to Carl’s Place, Rain or Shine Golf or Top Shelf Golf, their packages come with only four components, you still pay a ton in shipping, and you have to install the system yourself. With the other guys, you still need to figure out what operating system to get, how to properly set-up a projector with the correct height and distance, find the right projector mount, purchase side nets, landing turf, laptop stand, etc. Our packages are 100% complete, we deliver and we will install, and we will do it for less than you could purchase all of the components and install them yourself. Yes, there are less expensive components out there, but this is something you will use nearly every day, so having the best hitting mat is important, using a high-quality laptop and projector are crucial to getting the most out of your simulator, so we opted for the best, and we believe for these prices, coupled with us delivering and installing for you, that you are getting the absolute best deal out there.

No problem, we are seeing this more and more, the process is easy, just give us a call or contact us through the website and we will schedule a free in-home consult to come look at your space and walk you through your options that will fit within your budget. The bottom line here is, we want to make sure everyone who wants a golf simulator can get one, yes, there are some space constraints, but as long as you have at least 9’ in height, we should be able to find you a solution. Call us, the consultation is free and we really do want to help, whether you purchase from us or not.

The rule of thumb is to get the largest screen your space can accommodate.

The overall space requirements will depend on the size screen you purchase, but the Rapsodo monitor needs to sit 6’ to 8’ behind the ball, and the ball should be 8’ to 10’ from the screen; so, for the Rapsodo golf monitor, your minimum room length requirement would be 14’, but ideally you would want a room length of 16’ or more so you can swing freely and not feel claustrophobic.

The SkyTrak golf monitor is placed next to the ball, so your overall space requirements will be dictated by the size screen you purchase. The minimum room length regardless of the golf monitor used is no less than 14’, anything less than that and it may impede your backswing and feel a little confined.

We get asked this one a lot, yes, we love doing special installs for Christmas, Father’s Day, anniversaries, surprise birthdays, etc. We will schedule a time that works for the event; so, weekends, late nights, early mornings, there is no time that is off limits, except on an actual holiday, our installers want to be with their families too. But we will make the installation special by adding a massive bow to top off the gift, and we will schedule a time to come back or consult over the phone to walk the lucky gift recipient through all the ins and outs of his or her new golf simulator.

We install simulators every day, so we are getting pretty good at this install thing; our typical installation will take about four hours to complete, 4 ½ hours if you would like us to help you with the software download and set-up. Install times includes clean-up, a walk-through of your new simulator and to collect a couple final signatures from you.

The next step is up to you, after we have completed the installation, we are more than happy to sit with you and walk you through the software download and set-up, or, you can perform this task on your own at your leisure. This part of the process will take about 20 minutes or so, but because your Rapsodo or SkyTrak accounts will be tied to you and your email address, we cannot perform this function for you, we either need to do it with you or you do it on your own. After the software is downloaded, you are ready to pick a course and let’r rip!
